When you order please enter the exact size of your dog's neck. We will make sure we add enough so that the collar is not too tight. Please go to our 'Measurement Guide' for further details.

Paracord collars are thicker than normal collars and therefore need to be made longer to compensate.

For a perfect fit, you must ensure to correctly measure your dog’s neck (not your old collar) with a cloth measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string, which you can then lay out against a ruler. Place the tape tightly and snugly around the dog’s neck without causing the dog to choke. There should be no extra room between the measuring tape and the neck so therefore the “two fingers under the measuring tape” rule does not apply.

For thick-coated dogs, pull the tape through the coat and place as close to the skin as possible. For dogs with loose neck skin, pull the tape through the loose skin a little bit. If you measure outside of the loose skin or thick hair, the collar will probably be too big. The correct example of how to measure your dog’s neck. The measuring tape should be in the centre of the neck! Not behind the ears or at the base but right in the centre. This is how you get the correct measurements.

The incorrect examples of measuring your dog’s neck. Please do not put two fingers under the measuring tape or string, this will make the collar too big. But also do not hold it so tight that you're choking the dog.

Callisi Paracord collars

Recently purchased 2 collars, they are so well made & perfect with the engraving on the clasp, such a good idea. They do come up slightly large, so make sure you measure exactly, my two terriers are a loose fit, but they always wear a harness so not the end of the world!

Room to grow

Absolutely love this collar! It's very smart and looks great on my big dog. Bought larger so he has room to grow into it. Very happy

Norrie (Market Drayton, GB)

Lovely collar even if It is my 2nd attempt. 1st time I followed instructions on the Web site, this collar does fit at top of his neck & won't slip off but too tight to leave on. Celt is a lurcher with a small head & top part of his neck. So I ordered larger size this is a more comfortable fit, (we always remove his collar overnight). When ordering there is space for notes I should have mentioned his shape when ordering 1st time.

All our products are handmade to order and during busy periods can take up to 14 days to be completed.
