When you order please enter the exact size of your dog's neck. We will make sure we add enough so that the collar is not too tight. Please go to our 'Measurement Guide' for further details.

Paracord collars are thicker than normal collars and therefore need to be made longer to compensate.

For a perfect fit, you must ensure to correctly measure your dog’s neck (not your old collar) with a cloth measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string, which you can then lay out against a ruler. Place the tape tightly and snugly around the dog’s neck without causing the dog to choke. There should be no extra room between the measuring tape and the neck so therefore the “two fingers under the measuring tape” rule does not apply.

For thick-coated dogs, pull the tape through the coat and place as close to the skin as possible. For dogs with loose neck skin, pull the tape through the loose skin a little bit. If you measure outside of the loose skin or thick hair, the collar will probably be too big. The correct example of how to measure your dog’s neck. The measuring tape should be in the centre of the neck! Not behind the ears or at the base but right in the centre. This is how you get the correct measurements.

The incorrect examples of measuring your dog’s neck. Please do not put two fingers under the measuring tape or string, this will make the collar too big. But also do not hold it so tight that you're choking the dog.

So Thrilled with our collar, really looks good. The only thing I would say is be careful with the size our is a little larger than we wanted, our dog has a skinny neck :) thankyou

This is the 2nd Callisi collar we’ve purchased & it is as beautifully made as the original one. We only bought a replacement as our lovely little dog had chunked up 😄
We would definitely recommend this company for the quality of the products & the good customer service.
